Important to noted that I'll re-fixing / adding additional assets into existed vtuber only with permission from the original artist.

PAYMENT; Payment could be done through PayPal / Mandiri / Gopay / OVO with an invoice as proof. Payment through PayPal will cause additional tax 4,4% + 0,30$ / invoice.

MUST NOTICE; Before taking the waitlist, make sure you're not in the emergencies or difficult situation during commissioning period. Any situation that isn't related to me is not acceptable for a refund or cancellation. Two times cancellation will caused a blacklist.

SLOT RESERVATION & WAITLIST; First of all, please make sure you're serious in taking commission, client on the waiting list still have right to cancel their reservation as long they provide a reasonable reason. But a cancellation without any reasonable reason is really disadvantaging action, considering I don't ask any reservation fee at all. Once it's almost your turn for me to start your commission, I'll inform it to you around D-3.

PROJECT START; I'll ask for upfront payment 50% or full payment, as our agreement not to cancel and as start working sign of the project. ( a commission that intotal 30$ or under would be ask for full payment due to the paypal tax and fee ). After paying the upfront, client could not cancel the commission.

REVISIONS; Any minor revisions is okay as long it's within reasonable limits. Major revisions will caused additional fees in the end.

UPDATES & PROGRESS; First update will be inform approximately 3-7 days right after the upfront payment. After that, client may ask for updates about their commission. The art itself would 3-7 weeks/artwork depending on the details of the artwork, turns between other commissions and communication between client and artist.

FINAL PROGRESS; Once client approved and satisfied with the result, client should pay the rest of the payment and I will prepare the files that will be deliver through e-mail or Google Drive link.

COMMERCIAL USE; Commercial use artwork should be discussed and agreed on both of client and artist. The fee's will be calculated based on the purpose of the commission work.

PROHIBITED; Clients are forbidden to edit ( re-color, adding additional asset ) the original source of the art and sharing publicly the .psd file also copy, resell and redistribute for commercial use or merchandise without my concern, discussed and agreed on.

CREDITING; Please credit me if it's a personal/non-commercial art. For commercial use, client don't have obligation to credit me ( but if you do, I'll highly appreciate it ). But please don't claim the artwork as your own work.

NFT; Clients are not permitted, under any circumtances, to use any part of their commissioned work for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

COPYRIGHT; Monetized use of non-commercial / personal commission is discouraged and will result in additional fee. I disclaim any resposibility for copyright issues if you want me to use your own asset for the artwork. I will assume you know your own rights regarding it.

PRICING & ADDITIONAL FEE; All of the pricelist are base price. Artist have right to charge more for complicated details and request. For commercial use and priority / fast delivery could be discussed with additional fee in the end.

CANCELLATION; I reserve the right to refuse or refund a commission for any urgent reasonable reason in written explanation or if it's seems uncomfortable for me to do.

REFUNDS; A refund could be ask when I'm not able to do commissioner's request & demands and when the commission cannot be delivered on the given deadline. The amount of refund will be calculated based on how much the work has been done and will be send via PayPal/Transfer Wise/Mandiri.

DO & DON'T DO; I do draw any gender, any orientations, fursona, sfw and semi-nsfw, simple mecha in anime style. I don't draw any custom style that totally different with my artstyle which is indicated on my portfolio, heavy complicated details that outside of my capable and skill, nudity & hentai, racism and anything that seems uncomfortable for me to do.

ARTIST RIGHTS; I reserve the right to use my works as part of my portfolio with client name as the commissioner and the owner. If client prefers not to publicy the artwork for various reasons, client should inform ahead of time.

TIPS; Client have rights to leave tips as appreciation, as long they're fully satisfied with my works.
